Spicy pork
(because you've got to do something when all you have lying around is pork)

White pepper, ginger and garlic, onions, cayenne, cumin, and red pepper
Ingredients:
3 tbsp
Peanut oil
1 lb
Pork, thinly sliced
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Ground white pepper
1 tbsp
Garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp
Ginger root, chopped
2
Red chilis, chopped
3/2 tsp
Ground cayenne pepper
3/2 tsp
Ground cumin
4
Green onions, chopped

In the wok
Preparation:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok (or heavy frying pan), add pork, soy sauce,
pepper, cook at high heat for five minutes or until pork is well
browned. Remove pork, set aside. Put garlic, ginger, peppers, cumin,
cayenne and 1 tbsp oil in wok, cook at medium heat for two minutes.
Return pork, add green onions, cook at medium for additional two
minutes.

The finished dish
Notes:
I generally use crushed red pepper or cerranos instead of red chilis
because I don't have access to Thai peppers.
