Here are two kinds of things I love: Thai food and cheesecakes. If
you don't count warming something up in the microwave or peanut butter
sandwiches and the like (and that really frightening uber-garlic
chili), this is the bulk of my repertoire. But, being lazy, and
because I use these recipes often, I tend to keep them simple and
easy. However, being easily bored, I often try new variations on old
recipes, occasionally coming up with something new and worthwhile.
Here are some of the best of the recipes I use.
