Lightning Pictures

These were all taken on May 18th, 2001 using a f/2.8 28-70mm zoom lens. The weather was pretty much ideal for lightning pictures, since most of the "weather" was limited to the east over the Tarryall range. There were scattered clouds over the rest of the sky making normal astronomy difficult, although we did manage a little that night.
